Terra Sacra Reserve - Malbec 2007

Intense violet color. Aroma of mature red fruit, raspberry and plum fruit laced with toasted vanilla that result from the gentle aging in oak. Smooth and elegant with sweet and velvety tannins. Very balanced and persistent in the mouth. Ideal with red meats, lamb and cuts from Patagonia, also with chocolates with almonds and raisins.

Perdido - Malbec 2010

Deep red color, intense ruby, with violet hues. In nose, with floral and fruit aromas (wild fruit and nuts), and hints of plums, coffee, and truffles. On the palate, this wine is very fruity, and soft with sweet tannins. Ideal with grilled meat, hard cheese, and pasta with tomato sauce.

Perdido - Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

Dark red ruby with violet hues. Aromas of currants, cherries and plums. On the palate, it is velvety wine, with very good taste and structure. Ideal with well-seasoned red meats, stews, pastas, and strong cheeses.

Perdido - Torrontes 2011

Yellow color with hints fo green. Aromas of full of flowers with touch of citrus. On the palate, its proper acidity provides a crispness and refreshingly persistent finish. Ideal with seafood, spicy Thai and Mexican dishes and medium-strong cheese.

Perdido - Malbec Rose 2010

An appealing bright, red cherry color. Very fragant, expressing summer red fruit like fresh strawberries, and raspberries, with hints of tropical fruit and citric notes. On the palate, this wine is fresh with good volume entrance. Nice balance between acidity and sugar. Ideal with chicken, rice, vegetables, pasta with tomato sauce, and seafood. Also as appetizer.

Perdido - Pinot Noir 2010

Intense red, with violet hues. Expressive and fruity, with aromas of red and black fruit like cherry, raspberry, currant, and cherry. On the palate, it is delicate, with low tannins and acidity, and appears flavors of strawberries, and red fruit. Ideal with stews, strong cheeses with figs, also with desserts based on strawberries and chocolate.

Perdido - Malbec 2010

Perdido - Bonarda 2010

Deep red with violet hints. Intense and its primary aromas are red fruit, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, cassis and cherries. It usually has a spicy background. On palate, it is a nice and sweet wine, with good intensity. Very soft tannins making it velvety and elegant. Ideal with grilled vegetables, spicy dishes; pasta, roast, and strong chesses.

Perdido - Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

Dark red ruby with violet hues. Aromas of currants, cherries and plums. On the palate, it is velvety wine, with very good taste and structure. Ideal with well-seasoned red meats, stews, pastas, and strong cheeses.

Terra Sacra - Torrontes 2011

Yellow green color. In nose, expresses citrus and white roses aromas. Elegant and subtle, it is buttery on the palate, with a grapey character and good acidity. Ideal with appetizers, sushi, chinese food, fusion cuisine, dishes with curry.

Terra Sacra - Chardonnay Late Harvest 2010

Yellow with golden hues. Elegant and complex aromas of yellow fruit like ripe quince, with floral and toasted hazelnuts notes. Well balanced acidity and sweetness. Ideal for desserts. Ideal with Foie Gras hot or cold, delicate fish, blue cheese, dried fruit, apple pie and fruit cake.

Terra Sacra - Pinot Noir Oak 2010

Appealing, bright red. Fruity aromas of red and black fruit like cherry, raspberry, currant, cherry, and violet. Full bodied entrance, with balance between acidity and structure. Elegant and persistent in the mouth, by the roasted flavors from the contact with oak. Ideal with wine chicken, "bourgignonne boeuf," dishes with meat of small game marinated in wine, white meats with vegetables, and pasta with light sauces.

Terra Sacra - Malbec 2010

A deep and intense violet-red color. The character is fruity and spicy. There are notes of ripe plum, leather and some toast. The attack on the palate is medium, with firmed tannins. It is a young and elegant wine with good structure and long finish. Ideal with snack and tapas (with sausages and semi-hard cheeses), simple dishes (pizzas), grilled meats, pasta with ragu and fresh river fish.

Terra Sacra - Merlot 2010

Intense ruby red color, with violet hues. Aromas are major cassis, raspberries, blackberries or other berries, sweet pepper, and violets. On the palate, this wine is soft, fruity, with velvety tannins. Very enjoyable wine. Ideal with dshes with vegetables and nuts, duck a l'orange, lighted stews, and desserts with quince.

Terra Sacra - Bonarda 2010

Deep color and purple hues. On the nose, very fruity with aromas of ripe red and black fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and black cherries. On the palate, the entry is large, well developed, full bodied and silky, highlighting the softness of the tannins and roundness. Ideal with risotto, antipasto, pizza with pork sausage with caramelized onions and Brie cheese, and veal kidneys in mustard sauce with mashed sweet potatoes.

Terra Sacra - Bonarda 2007

Intense black red color, wiht purple hues. On the nose, with aromas of flowers and red fruits such as plums. A velvety sensation and subtle character in the palate lead to a great lingering finish. Complexity of aromas and taste define the typical features of this varietal. Ideal with "provoleta" goat cheese grilled, fatay or shawarma, rabbit with mustard sauce, ravioli of lamb in their juice, rice with squid ink.

Alquimia - Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2010

Deep red color with purple flashes. In nose, fresh red fruit and good permanence. Very balanced and persistent in the mouth, with long and pleasant finish. Ideal with grilled tenderloin, grilled vegetables, semi-hard cheeses and red meat well-seasoned.

Alquimia - Sauvignon Blanc 2011

Pale yellow color with greenish hues. Expressive, with intense notes of tropical fruit and citrus. Refreshing and delicious entrance. It is a young and well balanced wine. Ideal with oysters, ceviche, medium to strong cheese, and salads.

Alquimia - Chardonnay 2011

Intense and bright golden yellow color. Fruity aromas, with notes of apple and watermelon with hints of tropic fruit notes. Fresh with persistent acidity. It is a young and bright wine. Ideal with fish grilled, smoked foods, white meat, roasted chicken, spicy food.

Alquimia - Torrontes 2011

Greenish yellow with golden hues. In nose, we can find florals, citrus, tropical fruit notes. Well balanced. Persistent, white wine with great presence. Ideal with seafood, chinese food, spicy thai dishes, argentinean cuisine: locro and empanadas from the north, and as an appetizer.

Alquimia - Merlot 2010

Intense red colour with purple flashes. In nose, fresh red fruit and good permanence. Very balanced and persistent in the mouth, with long and pleasant finish. Ideal with roasted vegetables, game meats, stews, and fish with sauce.

Alquimia - Malbec 2010

An intense violet-red color. In nose, express cassis, plum marmalade, citrus and violet aromas. A fresh and fruity wine, with sweet and velvety tannins. Well balanced between acidity and sugar. Ideal with grilled steak, pasta with red sauces, rissoto, and pizza.

Alquimia - Pinot Noir 2010

Ruby red with violet reflection. Fragant and expressive, with aromas of vivid summer red fruit and juicy cherry. Fresh, fragrant with good entrance and good balance between acidity and structure. Ideal with Fish, game birds (such as duck), meals with mushroom sauces, pasta with cream (without tomato).

Alquimia - Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

Reddish-purple color. Intense and complex aromas with hints of cherry, blackberry and a touch of ripened pepper | Full bodied and structure with persistent finish. Ideal with meat hunting, lamb, stews, and foods with strong sauces.

Matteo-Mary Marsanne-Roussanne

Saralee's Vineyard, Russian River Valley, 2008 This well-balanced Marsanne-Roussanne blend has a pale golden color and aromas of stone fruit, orange blossom, honey and mineral. This medium-bodied white is rounded out with bright acidity and a lovely hint of apricot.

Petito Pinot Noir

Split Rock Vineyard Sonoma Coast, 2008 Our Split Rock (Gaps Crown) vineyard pinot noir features strong hints of cherry and spice. It fills the nose with a symphony of bright floral elements. This is an intense wine on the palate, with a long lingering finish. The tannins are well balanced with red fruit flavors and a very solid acid core.

Alder Springs Vineyard Mendocino County, 2008 Alder springs is planted in the higher elevations of Mendocino County, which makes this chardonnay more suitable to design Burgundian in style then Californian. This chardonnay is about finesse, subtly, and elegance. This lean and racy wine with great acid properties is a direct result of Stu Bewley's farming efforts and a brilliant trellising system that is used on these steep hillsides of decomposing sand stone soils.

Matteo-Mary Marsanne-Roussanne

Saralee's Vineyard, Russian River Valley, 2008

This well-balanced Marsanne-Roussanne blend has a pale golden color and aromas of stone fruit, orange blossom, honey and mineral. This medium-bodied white is rounded out with bright acidity and a lovely hint of apricot.

Alder Springs Vineyard Mendocino County, 2008

Alder springs is planted in the higher elevations of Mendocino County, which makes this chardonnay more suitable to design Burgundian in style then Californian. This chardonnay is about finesse, subtly, and elegance. This lean and racy wine with great acid properties is a direct result of Stu Bewley's farming efforts and a brilliant trellising system that is used on these steep hillsides of decomposing sand stone soils.

Every wine selected and imported by Thomas Petito has been chosen with many factors taken into consideration. The area, the fruit, the farmer, and of course the wine maker. Farming and wine making go hand in hand. You can not have great wine without great fruit. This expression of terroir and fruit shows the artist in its purest form. All of the wines chosen from the most amazing vineyards are always in limited supply because our hand selected wines are never mass produced. Our mission is always to find and collaborate with the greatest wine makers around the world. We take great pride in discovering the most passionate wine makers so as to bring these great wines here.
